We wanted to sneak a quick maternity session in before the snow officially landed and before we needed to send out our Christmas cards. My photographer and dear friend Christina was willing to do a session for me and our family so we managed to get outside on one of the nicer remaining days of fall. What a contrast to our last maternity shoot which was in January and only 18 degrees that day!
I wanted to keep the focus on Myles and I since this is the last remaining time for him to be our little single child. He’s been so sweet and excited for his brother to join him, which I’m grateful for. We are also anxious to see if that lasts once Baby Popper is out of my belly. Time will tell! I also had an idea in my head for a while that I wanted to use a floral crown for a photo shoot with Myles. Getting the news that we are having another boy made me say that I guess I’ll have to bring all the femininity to our family. (I think I do that pretty well already). Soft & creamy colors, long flowy dresses and a floral crown were my vision for this shoot. I think it all came together fabulously and I couldn’t be happier with how the photos turned out.
I am in love with these two guys in my life and anxious to welcome our newest one in February. Here’s us at 27 weeks.
Seriously this smile pulls at my heart strings so hard!
The bond between these two is so incredibly special and it’s such a privilege to witness every single day.
I will forever treasure this time in our lives and I’m so glad it’s documented forever in these photos. Praying we enjoy the last remaining weeks before meeting Baby Popper. We thought our lives were forever changed with one little one and we can’t wait to see how God shapes our lives now with two.
